Dark chocolate,nuts and raisins and green mint tea.
Avocado,banana,vanilla soy milk,pear.
Latte and chinese spicy food.
We wanna start something new,something that we couldn't and can't do now,but we wanna master it.So what are we waiting for?Try,do it and be patient to wait until you can do it like a profesional. :) Even if now some things seems funny and awkward,when we dance,do sport, yoga,sign or even learn a new language.Then try to speak it-don't pay attention on what others say and don't stop.In the long run you'll do it.Fortunately,I already fell into the habit of doing that and I like it.Many days,months of researches,I even continue researching and learning it.I have motivation and people who inspires me.
